GGN: Top #04

Usage: Okay for personal and commercial use.

Required: Cajj Sweater V4

Info: The last set of mix-n-match tops! I know these textures aren’t for outfits as exciting as this one, but hopefully they’ll still be useful. 😛

The Cajj Sweater — shown up there on Genesis 1/Victoria 5 — works well with pants and skirts which fit close to the hips, and of course leggings. It also has a few adjustment morphs as well as detailing that makes the sweater look like it has some weight. It’s not free, but it’s not terribly expensive either (and it’s on sale through tomorrow!)

On to skirts, leggings, and tights!

Usage: Okay for personal and commercial use.

Required: In Style Outfit V4

Info: Solid colors for the sweater to match the various prints and plaids. (Skirt plaid textures are in the queue!) Not free, but if you don’t have this outfit yet, Gen4 stuff goes on sale at DAZ relatively often by now, and usually at decent discounts.

The sweater is useful for mix-n-match outfits because it’s not too long and has several adjustment morphs to help fit it over clothing other than the skirt it’s designed for. It also has some nice detailing with folds and wrinkles.

And — drum roll please! — I can now check to see if my presets work in Poser, because a Mysterious Stranger has gifted me with Poser 10!

I am so very grateful for this act of generosity, and now all I have to do is figure out how to use the program. Learning curve for sure, and I can be a little slow, but I am determined to become at least functionally competent.

(This is somewhat complicated by my husband buying me an iPhone for my birthday and me subsequently downloading the Hay Day game, which is ridiculously addictive. 😳 This would account for the recent less-than-exciting previews for the downloads. I apologize for that, but my farm calls — usually in moos and squawks and oinks, etc.)

ANYway, until I get up to speed, Poser users will likely have to continue adjusting material settings.

This is unrelated to the download, but I’m disappointed the Ali hair up there on Rasine does not work properly in DS4.9. Bummer.

Let me know if there are any issues with the zip or the files, or if you have any questions.

Usage: Okay for commercial and personal use.

Required: Super Hoodie V4A4

Info: Textures for the hoodie, five full presets each for the prints and solid styles as well as partial presets for the lining, trims, and laces. These may work on the Genesis version of the hoodie, but since I don’t own that one I can’t say for sure (edit: yes, they do.) They do work on the M4 version, though these prints aren’t exactly dude-friendly. (I bought my M4 hoodie at Poser Addicts — it’s no longer in the store — but I believe it’s the same product.)

There are no freebie equivalents I could find for a hoodie, but it’s not expensive and it comes with a number of useful adjustment/movement morphs..

Usage: Okay for commercial and personal use.

Required: Bah Humbug Sweatshirt

Info: Six solid-color knits for the free shirt by EvilInnocence. It’s available for V4 and Dawn. While the Dawn version is for Poser, it works fine for me in DS. (There’s also a Cookie version, in the event you want to Girly-Girl Nerd your Cookie.)

There’s a “Fit Over” adjustment morph to help fit it to various skirts, pants, and leggings. A good top for random layering efforts.

Usage: Okay for commercial and personal use.

Required: Urban Shabby Chic V4

Info: Textures for the two styles of scarves that come with the outfit: one drapes in front and the other in back. The scarves are handy for helping to disguise texture stretching in the shoulder area of tops, and there are movement and adjustment morphs to help fit the scarves over various tops.
